General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of woow.ma and the rental of vehicles provided by Marrakech Easy & Fast Car Rental. By making a booking, you agree to these terms. All rentals are subject to availability and our acceptance of your reservation.
Booking
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference. You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off dates, times, and locations. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Changes to your booking may be subject to availability and fee adjustments.
Payment
Payment can be made via PayPal (full payment) or cash on arrival. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion rates are indicative. Additional fees may apply for extras such as child seats, additional drivers, or one-way rentals.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policy depends on how far in advance you cancel: full refund for cancellations 7+ days before pickup; partial refund for 3–7 days; no refund for cancellations within 48 hours of pickup. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Insurance
Basic insurance is included in the rental price. Optional damage waiver (CDW) and additional coverage may be available. You are responsible for any excess or deductible in case of damage. Insurance does not cover reckless driving, off-road use, or breaches of the rental agreement.
Liability
You are liable for all traffic fines, tolls, and parking fees incurred during the rental period. Loss or damage to the vehicle due to negligence, misuse, or breach of terms is your responsibility. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of belongings, or delays beyond our control.
Driver Requirements
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year. An international driving permit may be required for non-EU license holders. The driver must be the person named on the booking. Additional drivers may be added for an extra fee.
Vehicle Use
Vehicles may only be driven on paved roads unless otherwise agreed. Off-road use is prohibited. Smoking is not allowed in the vehicles. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level. Pets may be allowed with prior approval and may incur a fee.
